Autumn fountain

We haven't quite reached orange-leaf-status here in my neck of the woods ... yet ... but I saw these images from last year and thought I'd post them anyway.  My parents fountain always reflect autumns leaves and summers flowers perfectly.

Here in New England the nights have been cold and the days warm. The perfect recipe for gorgeous autumn foliage. If everything goes as planned my husband and I will be able to get away for at least one day to the White Mountains of NH. Between his job and mine though it could be a challenge!

Tonight I'm making a homemade Pumpkin Pie. I hope you're enjoying something of the pumpkin or apple variety this week-end as well!

I'll be right over for a piece of that pie, sounds perfect. Beautiful oranges of Fall. I can hardly wait. Carol

Hope you can accomplish a 'get away' to the mountains. Have the trees changed color there yet? Our color change is just barely started. Can't wait!

Hope you can go on your "get away". It will be a while before the leaves change here, but you can still feel Fall sneaking in. Pretty chilly this morning and last I heard it only got up to 73 today.
Love Fall, but not what follows.
Have a great week.

I think I'll have to wait a little longer for the leaves to change color here, too. Your photos are pretty!

Your colorful pictures are so pretty. We have a few trees starting to strut their stuff, but we're mostly still green, which is fine with me. The nights are definitely getting colder with a frost warning tonight. Makes it quite chilly when I have to get up and take the dog out at 3:30 in the morning - but it's a good waker upper.

The only beautiful fall colors I can hope to enjoy are like yours, on line. We don't get much (if any) color here. I am, though, enjoying my fall fix with some pumpkin spice candles!

I didn't make it but a friend brought some Pumpkin cheesecake to my house tonight and it was delicious!:)

The slow changing of colors is noticible here now...this is a good time of year:)

Pumpkin Pie! Heaven! I have been in full-on Autumn mode for two solid weeks down here by the sea, making apple butter and apple dumplings and frankly, getting to the point where I can't stand the sight of another apple. Pumpkin pie would be a lovely change of pace!

Lovely photos too, very refreshing!

Very cool shots! Mmmmm, I love pumpkin pie! My neighbor was oh-so-kind and left an apple cake by our door today!

Beautiful photos Sharon, how charming to have a fountain. Pumpkin pie is on my agenda for tomorrow's baking. How lovely these past few weeks have been, my favorite time of year! Greetings, Julie.

So pretty Sharon. It will be weeks and weeks yet before we see any color really. :c)

I hope you have a colourful autumn this year too. It looks as if we may be heading for a shriveled leaf time rather than a dramatic one, here in Dorset (England).
