Well of course I'll come back for more silly goose! The white picket fence is too welcoming not to.

Those are gorgeous. I love them coming out of the fence. Great contrast and a very impressive display. Is this your fence?

Have a great week!

I guess all the rain has been good to the roses. They are lovely. I love to see them peeking through the fence.

dog trot farm, no japanese beetles yet!

Doesn't the fence just make the picture? I love it too! And no, it's not in front of my house, though I sure wish it were.

Nancy, I'll send pics ... soon.

Tonight I'll post more photo's looking the other way down the street, towards the yellow colonial the roses are in front of.

I would literally have my face STUCK into the rosebushes and sucking in the fragrance for (oh, I don't know?) maybe 30 minutes? if I lived near these. I often go on walks and am inhaling someone else's roses or lilacs. I just stand there, close my eyes and inhale for a few minutes. I am sure I have homeowners saying: "Harold...there is that strange woman again there by the fence...the one that stands there and closes her eyes and puts her face way into the flowers!!! Shouldn't we call someone?"....

Beautiful roses. I think I have an idea of where you took that.
I got that starfish necklace at Ruby Slipper in Newburyport.
